    We will be performing some network redundancy tests at our US West Coast datacenter facility in Los Angeles, this might result in some minor network outages lasting for no longer than 3-5 minutes at a time.

Please note that you might notice some aberrations specially if you are reseller, such as some accounts missing, or not being able to login to the reseller's WHM account and among other things. This is normal and expected to resolve once the restoration completes entirely.

    The new replacement node is being set up, and the OS installation is currently in progress. We will provide updates here.

    We are most likely dealing with a failed RAID controller here. We are still attempting to replace and import the RAID array back, however, the chances of this working are slim and hence in the meanwhile we are also setting up a replacement node for users on this server and in case the recovery is unsuccessful, we will restore from the latest available backups into this replacement node.

    We are currently investigating a hardware issue related to the RAID storage controller on the cPanel Node LAX-SRV2, the server is offline as of right now. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.
