6:45 AM PDT: The maintenance has been completed successfully. The server is operating normally and all VMs have been started and are coming online one at a time. If your VM is appearing to be offline, please allow some time. If your VM is still not online after 30 minutes of this update, please open a ticket with us.

6:31 AM PDT: The faulty RAM has been replaced and the node has been re-racked and powered on and is currently booting.

6:31 AM PDT: The Node and all VMs have been gracefully shut down at this moment. The node is being unracked to carry out the RAM replacement.

Maintenance type: Server

Reason for Maintenance: Our proactive monitoring team noticed and alerted us about some memory-related errors that is appearing on this node. As a preventive measure to avoid any kind of further problems, we are going to take this node offline for a brief moment and replace the faulty RAM module.

Impact: Since the node your instance is on is going to be taken offline, your VM and all services running on it will be unavailable till such time. Once the RAM module has been replaced and the node is online your VMs will automatically power up and come online.

Time of Maintenance:

Due to the URGENT nature of this maintenance, we plan to get started with this within 45 minutes of you receiving this email.
